A former professional dancer and aerialist, Jacquie spent the good part of a decade working here in Melbourne and also in Tokyo Japan. During this time she practised Pilates as a form of staying strong yet flexible and also as rehabilitation when injuries struck.

For the past 14 years, she has worked within the fitness industry as a trainer, teacher trainer and mentor and studio owner. Certified in Pilates Mat-work, Reformer, Barre and Dance, Jacquie is passionate about bringing movement, strength, confidence, and support to all her members.

Sarahs’ professional career saw her dancing and singing around the world for 6 years with multiple internationally renowned companies, whilst still performing locally and nationally Sarah is based here in Melbourne.

Sarah’s qualifications include Cert III & IV in Personal Training and Group Fitness, Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Barre, Boxing and Pre and Post-natal trained. With over 10 years of teaching in the fitness industry and almost 20 years performing professionally, Sarah loves to motivate her clients and ensure they don’t just get a good workout but always come out of her classes smiling.

Adrienne’s love for dance began at the age of 5 where she studied Classical, Jazz, Tap, and Contemporary styles. After many years living in Singapore and teaching dance, she relocated back to Melbourne where she discovered BARRE and had an immediate connection and was hooked. The combination of strength, cardio, and flexibility training allowed her to continue her love for dance and fitness in an upbeat way. With her warm friendly nature, Adrienne cannot wait to share her love of Barre and Pilates with others and be a part of helping clients achieve their personal goals.

Jess comes from a professional dancing background having performed internationally with Royal Caribbean cruise lines, as well as performing in Melbourne events. She trained at Jason Coleman’s Ministry of Dance with a diploma in elite dance performance, certificate IV in dance teaching and management as well as certificate IV in training & assessment. Jess loves everything dance, fitness and inspiring people of all ages, so when it came to Barre instructing this was a perfect fit. She loves the method and passion of barre as well as the beautiful community behind it. In 2024 Jess is furthering her studies with a certificate in Mat Pilates. Expect to be motivated by Jess’ bubbly personality and infectious energy.

Sarah is trained in classical ballet and along with her many years of dance training was introduced to Pilates. Her love for movement and dance continued on when she discovered Barre, to be able to workout and have fun with it is amazing. Sarah has her Pilates Matwork Certificate and has a keen interest in pre and post-natal movement. Having had 3 children herself Sarah understands the challenges around prioritising health and fitness during this period.

Katie found her passion for dancing from a very young age. She holds a Cert IV in Dance from Kelly Aykers Full Time Dance, and has been teaching ballet for over 10 years.

Katie discovered Pilates at age 18 while recovering from a spinal injury. She holds a Diploma of Pilates Movement Therapy and has a particular interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Katie attended her first Barre class earlier this year and ‘absolutely loved it! It’s such a challenging work out, fun way to exercise and the most welcoming environment’. She is very excited to be joining the team and get to know the clients.

Having practiced yoga for over 30 years, Liz took the leap and realised a lifelong dream to complete her yoga teacher training. With a background in health and human rights, Liz is a strong believer in both the mental and physical benefits of the practice, finding yoga a source of strength and joy. She aims to create an uplifting and nurturing environment where students can explore and expand within their own body and consciousness without taking things too seriously. Expect to be guided by the heart and flow with a sense of compassion, fun and freedom.

Emma brings a fresh and energised approach to mat Pilates. As a lover of wellness and a holistic approach, Emma is passionate about building strength and understanding technique from the inside out. Currently certified in mat Pilates, Emma is dedicated to continuous learning and growth, with a keen focus on expanding her expertise into pre and post-natal Pilates. For Emma, Pilates is an ever-evolving practice, and she’s dedicated to refining her skills and sharing her knowledge to empower her clients. Expect sessions that are not only effective but also informed by the latest research and a genuine passion for helping you achieve your goals. Get ready to move with intention, challenge your limits, and discover a whole new level of strength and well-being.

Since she was 3, there hasn’t been a day of Gabi’s life that hasn’t involved dance in some way or another. After completing her Diploma of Musical Theatre at SHOWFIT and going on to further her training completing her FullTime dance course under the guidance of Robert Sturrock, her dance career has taken her a multitude of directions, from performing professionally, choreographing work, teaching at various dance schools across Victoria as well as being an Early Learning Dance Instructor, she is thrilled to be adding an Instructor at Daily Moves to the list. She has always felt dance to be such a rewarding space, both mentally and physically and aims to inspire and assist her classes to achieve their movement goals. In 2026, Gabi is furthering her studies in Mat Pilates.
With over six years of dedicated practice, I specialise in guiding through the integration of movement, breath, and conscious awareness of the mind-body connection. My classes integrate Breath-led asana where movement follows the breath, meditation, pranayama (breath-control), and sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls to guide you into deep relaxation.
